Half Everest Solo

Competing solo includes:

  • 10 laps up the mountain

  • 16,000 ft of elevation gain

  • 22 miles (2.2 miles each lap)

  • 17 hours to finish

Half Everest 2-Person Relay

Each member completes:

  • 5 laps up the mountain

  • 8,000 ft of elevation gain

  • 11 miles (2.2 miles each lap)

  • 17 hours to finish as a team

Each member completes:

  • 3 or 4 laps up the mountain (one member will do 4)

  • 1,600 ft of elevation gain per lap
